    I'm into it. I may be biased by already loving Popplio as soon as I saw it but I think Primarina will have a very good niche as a team based player. I don't know if it'll make OU but I think it's still a solid pokemon with a lot to possibly offer.

    On the topic of IVs this feels like a dumb question to ask but is there any way of influencing what IVs will get perfect if I don't have any parents with those perfect IVs? For example I'm trying to get a Clauncher with 31's in HP, Speed, Defense, and Special Attack. I've got tons of babies...
