assuming you have 5 pokemon in your party, then yes. 136 is your starting frame. azelf is frame 1 and if you take 128 steps then you'll be down to 130. then you need 65 journal flips. Dont forget to verify you hit your delay before you advance frames though.

if you are abusing azelf, then its starting frame is 1. so if your target frame is 300, then you are responsible for 299 frame advancements only if you want shiny
