Done Add "targets" as a parameter on /ms

Greetings

Currently there are several parameters that can be used in the movesearch command, however I have seen that among them is not the one of the targets (for example, "All Adjacent Pokémon" or "All Adjacent Opponents", as well as "User" )

I consider that having them as parameters would facilitate the search for many moves, especially for Doubles formats.
