Battling with an in-game team. Not for Wi-Fi battles...but still competitive.

So now that my friend and I both beat the game, we're going to have a battle coming up shortly. I've been in the competitive scene since Gen IV, so I know the basic strategy into battling. However, I'm having a little trouble synergizing my in-game team at the moment. I also want to know who would be the best Mega-Evolution Pokemon to have on this team. I have 3 on my team, but I can only pick 1 to use. Here's who I have right now:

• Greninja - Torrent w/ ??? (Item suggestion here)

Rash - EVs spread mostly in Sp. Atk and Spd, with a little in Atk for mixed sweeping purposes.

-Surf

-Dark Pulse

-Substitute

-U-Turn

• Blaziken - Speed Boost w/Blazikenite

Naughty - Max EVs in Atk, others spread among Spd and Sp.Atk

-Brave Bird

-High Jump Kick

-Blaze Kick

-Overheat

• Noivern - Frisk w/Life Orb or Choice Specs...which would be better?

Rash - 252 Spd, 252 Sp. Atk

-Dragon Pulse

-Air Slash

-Focus Blast

-Draco Meteor/Shadow Ball/Boomburst???

• Gardevoir - Trace w/Gardevoirite

Calm - 252 Sp. Atk, others spread among HP and Sp. Def

-Psyshock

-Moonblast

-Will-o-wisp

-Calm Mind/Thunderbolt???

• Aurorus - Refrigerate w/Leftovers

Relaxed - 252 HP, others spread among Sp. Atk, Sp.Def, and Def

-Nature Power

-Thunder Wave

-Flash Cannon

-???

• Venusaur - Overgrow w/Venusarite

Relaxed - All EVs spread out...need help on EV spread here

-Leech Seed

-Sleep Powder

-Petal Dance

-Sludge Bomb

To be honest I don't know exactly what to do with Venusaur but all I do know is that I LOVE Leech Seed so I plan on keeping that on him. Thinking on making him a physical tank but tell me what you guys think. Obviously since this is our in-game teams no IVs will be accounted for.
