sets are a bit unconventional but since were tryna counter team here we go!
Offensive tenta serve as scizor and infernape check, you can even swap out sludge bomb for HP fire if u truly want to "counter" scizor. speed evs outspeed a jolly krook if the rest of ur team knocks off the scarf. giga drain can heal up on alomololoa (and swamperts u may face on other teams). Sludge bomb can alternativly poison alomlolaola to get more chip for aero to sweep later
Aero can get rid of the Lati switch in on tenta, altho you'll need some chip/momentum in order to pursuit trap. this team's Latias will likely stay in, so you can run crunch over roost, but roost is nice to serve as a decent Krook switchin, as it lives anything it may go for

honestly not the best core but i think it would be useful against this team as well as other occasions.
obviously you would need a more solid infernape/scizor/Krook check, so i think hippo would be a great 3rd member, providing sand for Aero too to even better check Latias with but ye
