Deoxys-Defense and Deoxys-Speed will start the DLC2 metagame as legal in SV OU!
Both received 9 votes out of 11 total (Finchinator, NJNP, Star, xavgb, Vert, ausma, Lily, Ruft, and ima) so far and both were unanimous to begin in OU (9 of 9 to unban).
I am currently at work and will edit in a breakdown later as the vote only started late last night, but I just want this public in advance to assure people are all on the same page going into DLC2. Transparency, process, and communication are paramount during these hectic release periods after all.
