I'll be making new pairings to cycle subs in. With a large amount of subs due to a missed 96 I want active games and not coinflips or weird activity calls because this is a circuit tournament and lost points sucks all around.

Publicly schedule please, its the best indicator of interest I have and is the general standard for tournaments. "I asked him on discord" isn't gonna work.
