Posting to say two things. First, I'm open to doing a few pokes if you still need help (preferably OU). Second, I think we need a bit more consistency on how we decide which stats are important. Just browsing over the current list, CB Tar is rated with an average BST of 98, which grossly understates its power because speed was averaged in. Chansey is quoted at 177, while Blissey is at 133.
For consistency, I suggest the following changes:
1. Stat boosting abilities should be included with a multiplier on the corresponding stat. (for example, Azumarill would be quoted at 50*2 = 100 attack, Tyranitar at 100*1.5=150 special defense) I realize even this would not be completely accurate, as Azumarill has effectively base ~140 attack, but it's better than the status quo.
2. For all defensive sets, we quote all defensive stats.
3. For Choice Banded/Specs pokes, there should be two formulas:

3. For Choice Banded/Specs pokes, there should be two formulas:
a. We average the (special) attack and speed if the poke invests heavily in speed (is expected to have a chance to move first).
b. Else, we average the attacking stat with the average of the pokemon's 3 defensive stats. For example, with Tyranitar, we find the average of its defensive stats (100+110+150)/3 = 120. That number is then averaged with attack (120+134)/2 = 127.
b. Else, we average the attacking stat with the average of the pokemon's 3 defensive stats. For example, with Tyranitar, we find the average of its defensive stats (100+110+150)/3 = 120. That number is then averaged with attack (120+134)/2 = 127.
