Here are some obligatory beats for ya m80

HELLO I AM ABCK AGAIN ONCE AGAIN! I AM ALIVE I HAVE BEEN REVIVED!!!

Ahem, anyways so how is everyone today? You doing good? I hope so, because I haven't been. A lot of emotional bullshit, a lot of school bullshit, a lot of bullshit bullshit. I hope none of you are dealing with anything major.

I have one thing to say, thank you moderators for not banning me. It's been one year everyone, I've been on this site for one whole year. While nobody really cares about me, I don't care (yes I do please love me).

Anyways this is a meme based off a meme, if anyone can identify the original creator of the meme they get a hug, a kiss, and an Oreo. In case you haven't looked at the title, the meme is Pangoro. However, this isn't any ordinary Pangoro. It is SUB BULK UP PANGORO!!!!!!! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Yeah this isn't my original idea, but i modified so it isn't plagiarism. This is a meme I modified to my more memacular liking. So please enjoy the team :].

Gifs :^

TheyCallMeStarbucks (Pangoro) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 136 HP / 252 Atk / 120 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Substitute
- Bulk Up

So here is the guy the team is built around, nice n sub bulk up shenanigans. Not many people are prepared for this monster, they usually expect banded or LO, if they expect Pangoro at all. Drain Punch and Knock Off provide good enough coverage. Set up a substitute on an opposing hazard setter, or something like that, then Bulk Up for days. You have enough speed to outspeed Milotic so no haze worries. Keep one thing in mind when using this guy, you're not bulky. After some Bulk Ups, physically you are, but a super effective special and you're done. Pangoro has some issues with fast Pokemon that can hit hard, like fast LO mons or something along those lines. So what can cure this?

Brandon (Noivern) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Boomburst
- Focus Blast
- Switcheroo

Why a hard hitting fast attacker of course! :D
Noivern is yet another unexpected Pokemon, not many are ready to take a Specs Draco to the dome from such a Pokemon. Hell, last time I checked, most people don't even know this Pokemon exists. Boomburst and Focus Blast are very good coverage moves. Boomburst hits fairies reliably. Focus Blast hits steel types (un)reliably. Switcheroo is nice n nichze for the moment when someone is getting greedy with set up moves, or they're getting greedy with anything, or if they're a stall user in need of punishment for their sins. Use Switcheroo against a Suicune and make it shed tears of pain as its astigmatism is cured by the Choice Specs.
So, neither Pangoro nor Noivern appreciate hazards, nor does the rest of the team for that matter, nor does ANY TEAM AT ALL for that matter. So, what's a good spinner?

Japanese Pornstar (Tentacruel) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 240 HP / 244 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Acid Spray
- Toxic Spikes

You spin me right round baby, right round, like a record baby right round round round.
Rapid Spinners are essential with Pokemon like Rotom and Noivern around, neither of them enjoy hazard damage. Tentacruel speed like a very nice options considering that Noivern is immune to ground and Pangoro is immune to psychic. Also, Noivern and Pamgoro force a lot of switched so Toxic Spikes are optimal for the team.

Hit me fgt (Registeel) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss
- Sleep Talk

This is my dedicated lead, Registeel is little more than that. Registeel enjoys just being on the battlefield and absorbing every move that isn't super effective, even if it is super effective it is a guarantee that Registeel will live. Thunder Wave is nice for crippling those threats that try to switch in to take you down. An example,of this would be Mienshao, or Darmanitan who eat steel types for lunch. Sleep Talk is for the greedy sum-a-bitches who try to put you to sleep, such as Roserade or Smeargle. They won't be pleased to find out you have a backup plan for their sleeping shenanigans. If you don't feel like a situation such as that comes up often enough then by all means run Explosion or even Toxic. I myself have considered these options and I may change the set.

3rd Degree Mixtape (Rotom-Heat) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

Tfw you think you have good ideas for the rest of the team but you don't
.
So here is my obligatory Mamo check. There isn't really much to say here but I need to reach my sentence limit. I went with a relatively standard set with some Spe and SpA investment because speedy rotom catches a lot of people off guard. Pain Splitmis nice for those enemies who can't do enough damage to kill you but can do just enough to make Pain Split cancer. If yu feel threatened by so,etching physical just burn the prick, which is why I'm considering making Rotom defensive because Mienshao presents an issue for the team.

Bob Dole (Abomasnow-Mega) @ Abomasite
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 8 HP / 68 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
Mild Nature
- Blizzard
- Ice Shard
- Wood Hammer
- Earthquake

Mega Abomasnow because it's great in the meta right now.
Mixed Abomasnow in something no one is prepared for. They expect a physical attack they get hit with a Blizzard. They expect a special attack they get hammered. They think they're safe switching in their fire or steel type they catch an Earthquake. The Evs are standard but weird as hell. 180 Spe is enough to outspeed low speed bulky threats. Don't be afraid to switch this guy in on a Suicune, just pray for no burn.

Sorry for making such a shit squad guys, it was a one year celebration so I had to do something y'know?
Pokemon is a nice way to distract me from my issues, I don't want to get into detail about them considering I'd rather not show such weakness to complete strangers. Nevertheless I want to thank people BrandonBeast and Merlouvynis for dealing with my bullshit all the time lol.
I also want to thank Threw, Nightingales, and LittleRunnerXC for being so nice to me (less so on Night's side but you get the idea).
Also nv for the Steven Universe-gasms we had in the past
Electrabae for being a female
Pinkin Lark for never muting me
Rattled Snakes for also dealing with my horseshit
And last and least Casuistry for being metaphorically dead.

If I missed you in the shoutouts let me know

hi

I'm not gonna lie, this is a pretty bad build but I'll do my best, so I've only got a few suggestions. First off Sub + Bulk Up Pangoro isn't as good as you'd expect it to be. You already stated that it isn't as bulky as you'd think it'd be. You'd honestly be better off running it's Swords Dance set with an EV spread of 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe with an an Adamant Nature and Gunk Shot > Bulk Up and Swords Dance > Substitute. This is an EV Spread I personally prefer, it outruns Suicune so you'd have a better chance of eliminating it before it could burn you. Speaking of burns, with this set a change of Lum Berry > Leftovers would be optimal to ease setting up.

I don't exactly agree with Noivern as it doesn't really offer much towards your team except a hard hitting special attacker that's easily exploitable. However if you want to use it then you should run Hurricane > Boomburst. Boomburst offers literally nothing but a non-STAB move with literally no coverage. I see why you ran Boomburst because of the accuracy issues, but STAB Hurricane hits insanely hard with Choice Specs which makes it a great choice. If you want to hit Steel-types simply run Flamethrower > Focus Blast. The power boosts from Specs is usually enough to ravage Steel switch-ins and it atleast lets you hit Doublade.

With the offensive nature of your team, I don't agree with Registeel when you can easily run Cobalion instead. Cobalion gives you another wincondition instead of a passive wall that drains a huge amount of momentum from your team. It also gives you another great speed factor for an otherwise slow team.

This seemed like all I could suggest without making you significantly weaker to other threats, but I hope you consider them.

tl;dr
Bulk Up -> Swords Dance
Boomburst -> Hurricane & Focus Blast -> Flamethrower
->
SD + Stealth Rock Cobalion

Cobalion @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Stealth Rock

Thanks for the rate dude. I know the team is the purest of ass but I'm glad you didn't sugarcoat it.
I don't necessarily insist on using Noivern so if you have a suggestion of what I can run over Noivern that would be cool.

Hope you have a nice day

I'd personally run
Nidoking on this build because I think Nidoking has a great matchup against Steel-types (being able to beat Cobalion, Doublade, Lucario) with extremely strong Earth Powers. You also beat Fairy-types such as Florges which you'd struggle against if you didn't have Cobalion.

Nidoking @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Superpower
