Hope you enjoy my bad competitive team.
Banette @ Spell Tag
Trait: Insomnia
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Shadow Claw
- Charge Beam
- Will-O-Wisp
- Body Slam
Really a pokemon that is meant to sweep on this team. Shadow Claw is there to take out opposing ghost types and possibly those psychic types that could take out Banette itself. Mainly intended for slow Psychic types you deal with. Charge beam is to get the special attack boost, so you can maybe take out physical wallas as well.(I know this set sucks). I finally have Body Slam to get the paralyzation and take out those pesky special walls in the tier.
Lairon @ Air Balloon
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Iron Head
- Curse
My main defensive wall in this team. He is designed to cripple other walls with Toxic, which would be walls that could potentially take out the team. Stealth Rock is there to do, well, you know what stealth rock does and to cripple pokemon like Swellow, which are often common in the tier. Iron head is a reliable stab move, and I picked it, mainly because of the flinching that it offers as an added effect. Curse is just there to raise defense and attack when I need it most..like late game.
Alomomola @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
- Scald
- Light Screen
- Facade
- Wish
This pokemon is there to be mainly the special wall of this team. She can go for the Scald and gets burns on sweepers that could potentially take me out, therefore ruining me during the battle. Light Screen is there to help me take those special hits even better and allows me to switch into pokemon that cannot take too many special hits, like me Eelektross, which I will talk about next. Facade is just there in case the event that I happen to get burned, I have a reliable move to help me even a bit more than Scald. Wish is there so that I can offer support to the other pokemon in my team, especially those frail pokemon like Banette,or Eeleketross.
Eelektross (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- U-turn
The special Sweeper of this team, Eeleketross. Eeleketross can take out those pesky water types with his Thunderbolt. Flamethrower can be used to take out those grass types that can wall the other pokemon on my team, like Tangela for instance. Giga Drain gives me a free switch in on grass types like Golem or Golurk and I can gain the HP lost from Life Orb with Giga Drain, therefore healing a lot of my HP that I had lost. U-Turn is to keep the momentum going, so that I can switch into another pokemon safely without having to worry about getting attacked.
Sarah <3 (Flareon) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Fire Fang
- Double-Edge
- Facade
- Iron Tail
One of the other attackers in my team, this pokemon is the bane of existence for Grass types or Ice types and steel types that cannot handle its wrath. Fire Fang acts as a good attacking move, one that can take out special walling grass types like Meganium, which could also pose a threat to this team. Double Edge is a reliable move that will guarantee KO on those pokemon iwth low health. It may have recoil, but it works. Facade is there to take out a lot of pokemon in the tier, as a guts boosted Facade is hard to resist unless the pokemon is very defensive. And finally Iron Tail is there for coverage, mainly to take out those pokemon that resist the above 3 moves mentioned.
Audino @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Flamethrower
- Reflect
- Thunder Wave
Audino is just another physical wall to take threats from most of the physical pokemon in the tier. Having one weakness, she can exploit that very well, using toxic to cripple the other walls of the tier, like especially crippling Musharna if it is not the heal bell variant. Flamethrower is there as a coverage move in the extra slot and it helps Audino do damage to pokemon like Tangela. Reflect is there to raise the defenses of my team and there enable them to survive more physical moves and allow Flareon to switch in safely or Banette to take the game. Thunder Wave slows down their main sweepers or walls, allowing you to get a switch into a sweeper.
I hope you can bear through my crappy team..been 9 months and my battling skills really suck...lol XD
