Minun is hopelessly outclassed by Electric-types such as Alolan Raichu, Rotom-F, and Eelektross, as their superior offensive stats and the former two's secondary typings make them more practical choices. Minun's lackluster stats bar its Speed mean it poses very little of a threat even after boosts and is easy to threaten in return.

Minun can try to pull off a Nasty Plot set, as it has access to moves such as Substitute and Encore in order to facilitate setup, as well as Volt Absorb to set up on Pokemon such as Choice-locked Togedemaru. However, apart from not being weak to Sucker Punch, Minun's paltry stats and lack of a secondary typing make it far outclassed by Alolan Raichu, which can use Psyshock to effectively break though Pokemon that Minun cannot like Hitmonchan and Lanturn.

Minun's lackluster stats (good speed tho)means it poses very little of a threat even after boosts and is easy to threaten in return.

(ig you could mention how it has a very tiny niche over alolan raichu by not being weak to sucker punch.) (alolan raichu also has a way to hit opposing elecs like lanturn/ eel with its psychic stab)

However, Minun's only significant niche over Alolan Raichu is not being weak to Sucker Punch, as otherwise, its apart from not being weak to Sucker Punch, Minun's paltry stats and lack of a secondary typing make it far outclassed by Alolan Raichu a far more effective Nasty Plot user, as alongside its higher stats, it, (AC) which can use Psyshock to effectively break though Pokemon that Minun cannot like Hitmonchan and Lanturn with a STAB Psyshock, (RC) which Minun cannot. (this was just a really redundant runon and needed to be chopped down significantly)
