I had agreed on a time with my opponent, he was a no show and had clearly been on since we agreed on the time, waited an hour for him and he did not appear. I will be unable to play this next week to the deadline due to irl stuff and so I'm requesting an activity win.

Activity. The guy is impossible to schedule with. I gave him a suitable time within the range he suggested but he replied after 3 days saying he cant. He wasted 3 days of scheduling because of this.
