Speed Tiers
Format: Speed / Pokemon / Base Speed / Nature (+Spe, -Spe or Neutral) / EVs / Boost
* - An asterisk next to the nature indicates that the Pokemon has 0 Speed IVs
** - Two asterisks next to the boost indicates that the speed factors in a drop from Icy Wind
Bold - Extremely common and relevant speed tier

Suggestions for DOU Speed tiers:

• Considering it can set Tailwind, Max Speed+ Latios (700) could be added.
• XZard at +1, Jolly (492) and Adamant (448). You can just replace Staraptor's mentions with XZard since no one actually uses Staraptor :(.
• No one uses Jolly 212 Scarf Lando-T so you should remove that.
• Mention Deoxys Attack along with MAero (438).
• Add Mega Lucario (355) since it's viable enough to warrant a spot.
• You typo'd Thundurus (353).
• You could also remove the Staraptor mentions in the base 100s (328 and 299). You already have a lot in there so you don't need another, especially one whose viability is really shaky.

P sure everything gets rounded down in mons, so this exca should hit 412, not 413

Garchomp has base 102 spe, not 103. Stat number is correct however.

598 | Salamence | 100 | Neutral | 252 | 2
TW salamence sees next to no usage, I'd just take this out, imho.

Other than that, looks pretty good. It's nice to finally have one of these.
