Scarf Jynx is back up for grabs, its not high priority but I want to emphasize that its crucial that you've actually played this tier sufficiently and know your facts before taking an analysis. Its completely ok to have some errors, but we (the QC team) should not have to fix mistakes all throughout the analysis.

No. Only Pokemon that are listed in the unreserved section in the op are available for analyses. Pikachu is not viable in NU or any Smogon tier.
