Hey y'all! This is my OU team that I've been using. I love it to death, and I wanted to see what everyone thought about it. I particularly have trouble with set-up Zygarde.

Lando.png
George (Landorus-Therian) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn

Pretty standard defensive Lando set. 56 speed for Rotom-Wash and opposing Landorus. Hidden Power Ice is for Zygarde, Garchomp and opposing Landorus. U-turn lets it switch into frailer teammates.

Koko.png
Tapu Koko @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 100 HP / 12 Def / 176 SpA / 220 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Defog

Pretty standard Koko set as well. Volt Switch for momentum. Shuca Berry lets it survive Earthquakes from Lando, Zygarde, and Garchomp and it can bite back with Hidden Power Ice. Defog for hazards. 220 Speed lets it out speed Greninja, Weavile, Tornadus-T, opposing Koko and more.

Lucha.png
Chicago Steven (Hawlucha) (M) @ Electric Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 96 HP / 248 Atk / 36 SpD / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Roost

Again, standard set with a few extra speed EVs. We all know how this thing works. Seed for unburden boost, swords dance, slaughter everything.

TTar.png
Malachite (Tyranitar) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 168 HP / 252 SpD / 88 Spe
Careful Nature
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Man, I love this thing. It can take Focus Blasts and Hydro Pumps from Lele and Gren like a champ. Ice Punch is for Lando, Zygarde, and Garchomp. Pursuit to chip/kill 'mons switching out. Stone Edge is its most powerful STAB move, and Earthquake is powerful coverage.

Venu.png
Arden (Venusaur) (M) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Def / 156 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Has awesome bulk and really holds the team together. Leech Seed is for healing. Sludge bomb is for Lele, other Faries, and Grass types. Giga Drain > Synthesis because of sand, also good for Mega Swampert. Hidden Power Fire is for Scizor.

Exca.png
Minecraft (Excadrill) (F) @ Steelium Z
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

Finally, Excadrill. A sand rush sweeper capable of massive damage after Swords Dance. A +2 Corkscrew crash can take out bulky foes such as Tangrowth in a single shot. Rock Slide is great coverage for Flying types (Zapdos).

George (Landorus-Therian) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn

Chicago Steven (Hawlucha) (M) @ Electric Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 96 HP / 248 Atk / 36 SpD / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Roost

Tapu Koko @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 104 HP / 12 Def / 176 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Defog

Arden (Venusaur) (M) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Def / 156 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Malachite (Tyranitar) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 168 HP / 252 SpD / 88 Spe
Careful Nature
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Minecraft (Excadrill) (F) @ Steelium Z
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

So, what do you think? Critique in the comments!

Hey Goofy_Bidoofie, this is an interesting take on your standard Lando / Koko / Lucha core. I feel that there are definitely improvements to be made, however. Excadrill and Hawlucha are somewhat redundant together, both filling the role of a fast physical cleaner and being stopped by similar defensive walls. In addition, Venusaur is worn down far too easily in sand with Leech Seed as its only form of recovery. These inefficiencies result in the team being unable to break through most physical walls, as well as being more squishy than you would like against offensive threats like Ash Greninja. I've taken the liberty of making some simple changes to the team, but bear in mind that there are plenty of other options you can play around with and that this is only one example.

Changes:
  1. Replaced Mega Venusaur with Assault Vest Tangrowth
  2. Changed Tyranitar's set from Assault Vest to Choice Band
  3. Replaced Excadrill with a Trapper Heatran
These changes accomplish a few things. AV Tangrowth is an effective pivot and outperforms recovery-less Mega Venusaur as a blanket check to a range of specially offensive threats, notably Ash Greninja, Tapu Koko and Mega Alakazam. Heatran threatens problematic Steel types such as Celesteela and Ferrothorn while greatly improving your match-up against stall and potentially eliminating troublesome bulky Grounds and Waters. Finally, with these changes Tyranitar's Assault Vest is no longer necessary, so you can use a Choice Band set to effectively break through physical walls and clear a path for Hawlucha to sweep.

Sets:

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Def / 228 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sludge Bomb

Heatran @ Firium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Toxic

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 8 HP / 252 Atk / 44 SpD / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Superpower
