Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Name: Bulky Pivot (Electric)
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
- Defog / Pain Split

[SET COMMENTS]
With its access to Levitate, Rotom-W is nearly mandatory on all Electric teams. Its Ground immunity and Water-type resistance make Pokemon like Mega Swampert unable to bother it; it also has access to Hydro Pump to hit annoying Ground-types such as Great Tusk and Hippowdon. Rotom-W is also a really good blanket check to Ice- and Fire-types like Mamoswine, Victini, and Galarian Darmanitan. Volt Switch provides great momentum, which is needed in hyper offense teams. In addition to providing momentum, Rotom-W has access to Will-O-Wisp and Toxic, crippling foes such as Mega Garchomp and Mimikyu with Will-O-Wisp, while Toxic punishes switch-ins such as Gastrodon and Kyurem. Defog lets Rotom-W compress roles, freeing up Zapdos to run Choice Specs, while Rotom-W prevents hazards from hurting teammates. Pain Split is another option, as it massively improves Rotom-W's longevity; however, this requires Zapdos to run Defog. The 44 invested Speed EVs ensure Rotom-W outspeeds Jolly Azumarill so that it can punish Azumarill for setting up Belly Drum with Will-O-Wisp or Volt Switch. Zapdos covers Rotom-W's weakness to Grass-types with access to Hurricane and Heat Wave, being able to OHKO the likes of Mega Venusaur and Ferrothorn, respectively, while also being immune to Mold Breaker Excadrill's Earthquake. Regieleki can be used as a Rapid Spinner, removing pressure from Rotom-W to function as the only hazard removal while also luring in Ground-types that Rotom-W can punish such as Iron Treads or Great Tusk. With access to Taunt and having an amazing Speed tier, Zeraora can prevent hazards from coming up and allow Rotom-W to switch in freely and get off a strong Hydro Pump or gain a lot of momentum and Volt Switch into one of its offensive teammates. Zeraora also pressures Hydreigon and Gholdengo which can use Rotom-W as setup fodder. Iron Hands provides the coverage and bulk against Pokemon like Dragon Dance Dragonite, Volcarona, and SubRoost Kyurem that Rotom-W can't deal with while also putting a lot of pressure on Normal teams, as Rotom-W can Volt Switch against Blissey into Iron Hands and force Blissey to tank a hit or switch out. Alolan Raichu gives Rotom-W's slow Volt Switch a lot of value as it is strong but frail, being able to deal with Ice-types like Baxcalibut with Focus Blast and Poison-types like Mega Venusaur and Clodsire with Psyshock. Magnezone provides a valuable Poison immunity while also checking other threats like Tapu Lele, Meowscarada, and Alolan Ninetales.

With its access to Levitate, Rotom-Wash keeps its much needed placeis near mandatory in all Electric-Type teams with its Ground-type immunity (and because water means its both a water resist and kills ground too, so its unbothered by something like M.Pert). In addition to its Ground-type immunity, it has access to Hydrpo Pump to hit those annoying Ground-types such as Great Tusk and Hippowdon (Merge this sentence to sentence 1 imo). Volt Switch provides great momentum which is needed in Hyper Offense teams as most Electric-Types have access to Volt Switch or U-turn. In addition to providing momentum, Rotom-Wash has access to Will-O-Wisp and Toxic crippling opponents such as Mega Garchomp and Sand Rush Excadrill with Will-O-Wisp and more passive Pokemon such as Porygon-2 and Gastrodon (its really for the water absorber). Defog is a final must have as hazard stack hurts offensive Electric teams since teammates such as Choice Specs Zapdos and Tapu Koko don't run Heavy Duty Boots (I think defog on rotom-w allows Zap for an offensive set, otherwise, mention pain split which isnt bad if using a defensive zappy). The 44 invested speed EVs are in order to outspeed a max speed Jolly Azumarill so that Rotom-Wash can punish the Azumarill for setting up Belly Drum with Will-O-Wisp or Volt Switch. Zapdos covers Rotom-Wash's weakness to Grass-types with access to Hurricane and Heat Wave being, able to OHKO the likes of Mega Venusaur and Ferrothorn respectively while also being immune to Mold Breaker Excadrill's Earthquake. Regieleki can be used as a Rapid Spinner allowing Rotom-Wash to not be the only hazard remover and taking pressure off of its hazard removing potential while also forcing in Ground-types that Rotom-Wash can punish such as Iron Treads or Great Tusk. With access to Taunt and having an amazing speed tier, Zeraora can prevent hazards from coming up and allowing Rotom-Wash to switch in freely and get off a strong Hydro Pump or gain a lot of momentum and use Volt Switch into one of it's offensive teammates.
*Add Iron hands as a spdef wall mirroring Rotom-W, and deals with DDnite, a phys attacker that Rotom doesnt handle, as well as subroost Kyurem and Normal teams (Volt brings in Hands on Bliss, which is great too).
*Add Alolan Raichu, being fast but frail means it needs to be pivoted in. Also, deals with Grass/Poisons and Baxcalibur (Focus Miss)

With access to Taunt and having an amazing speed Speed tier, Zeraora can prevent hazards from coming up and allowing Rotom-Wash to switch in freely and get off a strong Hydro Pump or gain a lot of momentum and use Volt Switch into one of it's its offensive teammates. Zeraora also pressures Hydreigon and Gholdengo, (ac) which can use Rotom-Wash as setup fodder. Iron Hands provides the coverage and bulk against Pokemon like Dragon Dance Dragonite, Volcarona, and Subroost SubRoost Kyurem that Rotom-Wash can't deal with while also putting a lot of pressure on Normal teams, (ac) as Rotom-Wash can Volt Switch against Blissey into Iron Hands and force Blissey to tank a hit or switch out. Alolan Raichu gives Rotom-Wash's slow Volt Switch a lot of value as it is strong but frail, however being able to deal with Ice and Poison-types along with Baxcalibur with access to Focus Blast and Psyshock hitting Mega Venusaur and Clodsire. Magnezone provides the remaining checks to the team against Poison-types along with threats such as Tapu Lele, and Meowscarada. being able to deal with Ice-types like Baxcalibur with Focus Blast and Poison-types like Mega Venusaur and Clodsire with Psyshock. Magnezone provides a valuable Poison-type immunity while also checking other threats like Tapu Lele and Meowscarada. You didn't include Alolan-Ninetales here as suggested (just an observation); if you'd like to add it you can go with "like Tapu Lele, Meowscarada, and Alolan Ninetales."

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Name: Bulky Pivot (Electric)
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
- Defog / Pain Split

[SET COMMENTS]
With its access to Levitate, Rotom-W is nearly mandatory in on all Electric teams. Its Ground-type immunity and Water-type resistance make Pokemon like Mega Swampert unable to bother it; it also has access to Hydro Pump to hit annoying Ground-types such as Great Tusk and Hippowdon. The 44 invested speed Speed EVs ensure Rotom-W outspeeds Jolly Azumarill so that it can punish Azumarill for setting up Belly Drum with Will-O-Wisp or Volt Switch. Zapdos covers Rotom-W's weakness to Grass-types with access to Hurricane and Heat Wave, being able to OHKO the likes of Mega Venusaur and Ferrothorn, respectively, while also being immune to Mold Breaker Excadrill's Earthquake. Regieleki can be used as a Rapid Spinner, removing pressure from Rotom-W functioning to function as the only hazard removal while also luring in Ground-types that Rotom-W can punish such as Iron Treads or Great Tusk. With access to Taunt and having an amazing Speed tier, Zeraora can prevent hazards from coming up and allow Rotom-W to switch in freely and get off a strong Hydro Pump or gain a lot of momentum and Volt Switch into one of its offensive teammates.
