About My Team:

-It is not unusual for Honchkrow to net ~3 a match. Also Honchkrow is my main wall breaker.

-Metagross generally just goes boom after agility but he can Sweep on his own if needed

- Salamence is great and all but DD just seems pointless to me. So I think I'm going to use a Life Orb set like-> Sub-Outrage-EQ-Roost.

-Cb Scizor's Bullet Punch is a real life saver.

- I love my EndeavorPert to no End.

- I've always had a hard time walling Zapdos.. so I figured I would use him against other people's so they could feel my pain.

I'd think your swampert would serve better as a standard wall. Pert/zapdos really is an amazing backbone to a team, walling pretty much every threat between the two. You should test out roost over sub on zapdos, I much prefer it to sub. If you dislike DDmence that much, try out CBmence, it's a monster and really hits hard and works well with CBscizor. I also see quite a gyarados and infernape weakness. Vaporeon could help with both, possibly over metagross?

Life Orb+Sub is generally a no-no unless its a guaranteed final sweep. I'd put roost on Zapdos over sub, and leftovers on Mence.

your Salamence would get stonewalled by most Steel Types, particularly Skarmory, Bronzong, Forresstress doesnt really take much from EQ

something you might want to consider is going with Naughty/Lonely/Hasty/Naive nature, max speed isnt needed, a good bench mark would be:

270 speed: Max Speed Adamant Heracross
280: Max Speed Adamant Lucario
296: Max Speed Jolly Heracross
307: Outspeeds all +Speed Max Speed Base 90s, like PorygonZ, Lucario,
the most you should EVER run is 319 speed, which outspeeds all base 95s, most notably Ice Punch EVire

the minimum speed you should go is 280, because then you can outspeed Naive Scarf Heatran after a Dragon Dance, and since EVire isnt so common nowadays you can go at 307 speed because Lucario is carrying Ice Punch more and more

Anyways, drop Sub for Fire Blast, you probably wont get the chance to sub anyway considering Salamence's defenses, so you can hit both Heatran and steels that are neutral to EQ or are immune to it

also, the 252/252 ev spreads arnt too good on Zapdos/Metagross, you need some durability on Metagross, put some EVs into HP/SpDef
Zapdos also needs some bulk, and like Salamence, doesnt need to go Max Speed

Sry I should of stated that I'm trying to stay as Offensive as possible. I generally "set-up" a poke and let it run until it dies.

Sub+Orb is pretty dangerous. But when I make few switches I only expect 'Dos to make one or 2 kills.

I'm going to try the CB Mence. After that a "Bulky" Mence.

252/252 are probably are not the best EV spread but they are effective and I'm not a whiz with EV's.

Honestly, this team has no trouble against stall thanks to Honchkrow. All said pokes die to him horribly.

Yeah, I'm liking the agility on Zapdos but i really feel that Roost will be more beneficial, by the time you have taken SR damage and used a turn to set up you will need the extra roosting power. Also with HP Grass as well. What really is sub doing there, IMO you dont really need to ease prediction on Zapdos because it generally either fast enough or sturdy enough to deal with threats, so even if you are going HP Grass then you should replace sub with roost. Then you are free to attack stuff. Killing swampert is waesome for you as it allows a lot of your threats to come out andd play. Giving ZApdos more suviveralbility will also be useful in consistantly taking out buloky water that threaten to stop your sweepers sweeping. I do see bulky waters being a problem to your team is Zapdos goes down.
