Hello, mafia game with normal rules 48/24 hours likely.

Eli will be co-hosting and running flips as I will be going on holidays, so likely more American deadlines.

The setup is JOAT 10. I hope with a smaller setup, we can bounce back with some more activity since its a shorter game.

JOAT (1-shot alignment cop, 1-shot doctor, 1-shot vigilante
7x vanilla town
2x mafia goon

It is a fairly simple setup, but it is quite popular and is used a lot for mu turbos and probably articulates well a little bit of mechanical skill, but core of the play still comes down to pure solving. So lets see how it goes!

How can this articulate mechanical skill when only one player has a role

because of the existence of an alignment cop check in an open setup, all vts have mechanical duties

in most games, the cop check is probably used n1 (and look at amount of deaths to see. so D2, every member should be claiming cop cover, "If I'm cop, my check last night was x". this allows the cop to public out, without mafia knowing who he is (but you also have to act like your check is real, and usually it's better to fake green like every time).

that means when mafia are planning their nk, they have the potential to make a shc "seer hunt clear" example, if I shoot celever and he's VT but he said realiti was his green check, you are now clear in most worlds because mafia have tmied the fact that clever COULD be the joat with such a green check on realiti
