[OVERVIEW]
Silvally-Fighting's well-rounded stats, access to Swords Dance, and perfect neutral coverage between Multi-Attack and Shadow Claw may make it seem like it's an excellent setup sweeper in theory. Unfortunately, Silvally-Fighting underperforms due to its lack of a true item or ability, weak coverage moves, and lack of reliable and passive recovery options. Silvally-Fighting is also outclassed by other Fighting-types such as Hitmonchan, Primeape, and Gurdurr due to their added utility or reliability in setting up. Choice Scarf Primeape also outspeeds Silvally-Fighting and has U-turn, diminishing the rest of Silvally-Fighting's potential value.

[SET]
name: Swords Dance
move 1: Swords Dance
move 2: Multi-Attack
move 3: Shadow Claw
move 4: U-turn / Flame Charge
item: Fighting Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Silvally-Fighting should attempt to use its decent bulk to set up with Swords Dance, sweep, and either pivot out of threats it cannot defeat or pick off weakened foes with Flame Charge. However, Gurdurr does a better job as a Fighting-type setup sweeper due to its Eviolite, ability in Guts, priority with Mach Punch, and recovery in Drain Punch. Primeape is another fantastic option over Silvally-Fighting, as it isn't item-locked, which allows it to diversify itself between Choice Scarf for cleaning, Choice Band for immediate wallbreaking, and Fightinium Z for luring foes.

[OVERVIEW]
Tied with Primeape as the fastest Fighting-type PU has to offer, Silvally-Fighting at first seems like it has a lot to offer. Silvally-Fighting is the only fully-evolved Fighting-type to get access to important moves such as Swords Dance, Defog, and Parting Shot(if they arent used in the set, no need to mention them), and it has perfect neutral coverage between Multi-Attack and Shadow Claw alone. Nevertheless Silvally-Fighting underperforms due to the lack of a true item or ability, weak coverage moves, and lack of reliable and passive recovery options.(bring up how its outclassed here)

[SET]
name: Swords Dance
move 1: Swords Dance
move 2: Multi-Attack
move 3: Shadow Claw / Crunch(any reason why crunch, if it gets perfect coverage with shadow claw? just wondering)
move 4: U-turn / Flame Charge
item: FIghting Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Silvally-Fighting should attempt to use its decent bulk to set up with Swords Dance and sweep. (maybe mention pivoting throughout the game too)However, Gurdurr does a better job as a Fighting-type setup sweeper due to its access to Bulk Up (BU isnt particularly better than SD imo)and capability of utilizing Eviolite.(also priority, recovery with dpunch, better coverage) Choice Scarf Primeape also outdoes Silvally-Fighting as the truly fastest Fighting-type in the tier, as it much(must) hold the Fighting Memory.(also as a pviot)

Tied with Primeape as the fastest Fighting-type PU has to offer, Silvally-Fighting is the only fully-evolved Fighting-type to get access to Swords Dance (don't see why fully-evolved matters since combusken is a perfectly fine user of SD. ape is also scarf like 97% of the time which makes the speed tie comparison pointless. would instead talk about having well-rounded stats which seems ideal for setup in theory) and has perfect neutral coverage between Multi-Attack and Shadow Claw alone. Nevertheless, Silvally-Fighting underperforms due to the lack of a true item or ability, weak coverage moves, and lack of reliable and passive recovery options. Silvally-Fighting is also outclassed by other Fighting-types such as Hitmonchan, Primeape, and Gurdurr for their added utility or reliability in setting up (talk about scarf primeape here).

Silvally-Fighting should attempt to use its decent bulk to set up with Swords Dance, sweep, and pivot out of threats in cannot defeat (or use flame charge to take advantage of weakened foes). However, Gurdurr does a better job as a Fighting-type setup sweeper due to its Eviolite, priority Mach Punch, and recovery in Drain Punch (guts as well). Choice Scarf Primeape happens to also have U-turn and outdoes Silvally-Fighting as the truly fastest Fighting-type in the tier due to Silvally-Fighting having to the Fighting Memory. (this can be condensed to simply "primeape isn't item-locked which makes scarf sets better at cleaning" or smth like that)
