Either is fine. Absols defenses suck so bad but if you wanna be technical most of his weaknesses are primarily physical so he has a SLIGHTLY better chance of taking a special hit in the form of a coverage move

Absol really need the speed, so I would say naive is better so you dont have to rely on Sucker Punch

I just checked serebii and there is no pink floette. It can be red, yellow, orange, blue and white. I will catch you a red one in a heal ball with a random ability and I can't influence if it has 31 in spdef.
If that is not good enough for you then I am sorry. You should ask someone else then.
