I don't think so. It would probably work on a sand team, though.
Hm so what could I do with a careful terrakion then? Because I just got this: careful 31/31/31/31/31/30 and I do not want to toss it @.@
Keep and trade it to collectors who collect all kinds of stuff or you toss and keep SRing.
You can use it as a stealth rock lead if you really want to I suppose. :]
I was just SRing random natures (didn't have a synch for anything but adamant, jolly, timid or modest)

You obtain both orbs during the storyline of OR/AS. One orb at Mt. Pyre, and the other after you defeat/capture Groudon/Kyogre (iirc).
If I, (dare I say it) wanted to use Zoroark, wha would be the best partner for it to copy to make best use of its ability? I'm thinking Gengar, as they share a similar move pool as not to give anything away and his immunity to psychic type attacks.
How badly does Rayquaza need defense? I got this:
