Nope. Everstone only guarantees the nature of the holder to be passed down. It doesn't affect anything else

well, the obvious choice for a ball would be a moon ball, but if you don't want to use apricorn balls, then a luxury ball or dusk ball would do, and as for hidden power.... It's not that useful of a move on lunala to begin with, so it's not really worth SRing it, but if you really want it then HP Fighting is probably it's best option
