Sadly, no. I need those DVs so that Atk is lower than Speed at LvL 50. So Kartana gets a Speed Boost instead of Atk Boost.
I didn't research enough before Soft resetting, so I already have a Timid Kartana with max Atk.

Musharna (well and Munna) are not available naturally in Gen 7. Transfer is required.

FT: Hasty Meloetta (sorry it's not the best ever) or Timid Alolan Vulpix (Snow warning). They will come with a Gold Bottlecap (I can give Vulpix an Ice Stone if you wish. Can't check IVs for exact values but they aren'tthe worlds best (That's why I'll give the gold Bottle cap.) Thanks.

Well I mean, Poke Bank is live for Gen 7. They'll be Munna and Musharna on the GTS eventually. The only reason why I haven't transferred over all of my breeding equipment and my flawless stock, is beacuse the ORAS move tutors have really vital moves that alot of my pokemon need (they don't exist in Gen 7), and leveling via Blissey Bases is a real luxury that I hate loosing in Gen 7. I think I even did a Munna breed-job awhile back, not sure if it's on my trade thread though...

There used to be bugs that could be exploited for cloning, but that was temperamental and I recommend against it. Current cloning is done via two ways, both using a third party device to modify your game, like Powersaves. The first way involves using codes that clone your pokemon in-game, such as duplication codes clone pokemon in your PC. This method is usually avoided. The second method takes a little more effort. Powersaves can create save-states for your pokemon game, or copy the saved data of your game. Then, using the current save on your game, you can offload your pokemon onto the Pokemon Bank, saving them there. Then, you restore your game to a state before you had offloaded the pokemon. Thus, when you take your pokemon out of the Pokemon Bank, you now have two copies of each. This is the method that is most preferred.

However, you should be warned, that both methods are considered illegal/hacking in the eyes of the The Pokemon Company, and may give reason to them to issue infractions against players who do so (usually through Wifi bans). It is currently unknown what criteria is necessary to be found by The Pokemon Company, and what constitutes enough for them to institute their measures. So, always be careful.

In Gen 6 you can use PowerSaves to save the state of your game and then use KeySAV2 to check the ESVs or TSV (Hidden Power's, etc.) of pokemon and eggs in your PC boxes. Unfortunately, there isn't an equivalent PowerSaves method functioning yet in Sun / Moon. Source and more detail here.
