I know Sand isn’t good right now, but thoughts on Ogerpon-C in it? Sand gives it +1 SpD, Tera gives it +1 Def, and SD Horn Leech can give it longevity. Could it work/ be built around?

Ogerpon-C and Teal both are solid enough in their own right, with the main issue being Species Clause competing with the extremely oppressive Wellspring right now. If that thing goes in the coming survey/suspects or the meta gets REALLY hostile to it again like when Dragon spam was everywhere, I could see Cornerstone picking up though.

How are base forms in different tiers as their evolutions? If Scizor-Mega is OU in Gen 7 doesn't it mean that by definition Scizor should be OU as well?

When a Pokemon with Trace copies Dauntless Shield from Zamazenta, is it able to activate multiple times per battle?

Evolutions are tiered separately. Megas are tiered separately from their base forms; if a base form drops to a lower tier then they're banned from holding their mega stone. On the other hand, megas cannot drop lower than their base forms, since you could always, like, not mega I guess. This is why mega garchomp is considered "OU by technicality" in SM.

I really like how they buffed/changed hail.
Does snow have any kind of viability?
Snow "teams" are different from more traditional weathers like Sun or Rain. Instead of building your entire team around it, you simply use a core. There are 2 forms of snow in OU: Chilly reception snow and veil. Veil is mainly paired with setup sweepers instead of ice type blizzard spammers, while chilly reception lacks enough "true" abusers, it is generally used as a pivot move. A common snow core is :slowking-galar: :Kyurem:. Chilly reception is manual weather, but it switches out, granting a free switch and an extra snow turn. You don’t run ice rock, but this is compensated by how many opportunities you have to set snow up.

I have a question. I read somewhere about Body Press Kyurem - what exactly does Body Press accomplish? And if it accomplishes something crucial for Kyurem, can't Sandy Shocks run the same set?(It gets Body Press aswell)
