Meowstic-F's nice Speed and access to Competitive and Nasty Plot cannot compensate for its several crippling flaws. Its bulk is unimpressive, it has lackluster power even at +2, and has a lacking offensive and defensive typing. Despite having lower Speed tiers, Jynx and Rotom are far better Nasty Plot sweepers, with both having greater power, a secondary typing, and additional utility that gives them greater diversity outside these roles.

Meowstic-F can try to threaten out Psychic-weak Pokemon like Qwilfish and Gurdurr to try to set up Nasty Plot and sweep, but its low bulk and disappointing power even at +2 makes it a suboptimal choice for a setup sweeper. Other Nasty Plot users like Rotom and Jynx can use their secondary typings, greater power, and additional utility to become more threatening and useful outside of sweeping.
