Choice Scarf Tapu Lele is one of Psychic teams' greatest revenge killers. Its decent Speed tier and astounding offensive prowess combined with its great typing makes it extremely threatening because with access to STAB Moonblast, it is Psychic's best check to Dark-type threats, letting it easily take care of foes like Galarian Moltres and Mega Sableye. Tapu Lele's presence also sets up Psychic Terrain, shielding itself and its team from dangerous priority such as Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Mega Scizor's Bullet Punch, and it also makes Psychic-type attacks hit even harder. Psychic Surge also eases the Electric and Grass matchups, as it can override their Terrains. Focus Blast lets it easily take care of the pesky Steel-types that resist its STAB attacks such as Kingambit, Heatran, and Iron Treads. Future Sight lets Tapu Lele set up an attack for later and then switch out to a teammate such as Victini or Mega Gallade to help it set up or get a KO. Shadow Ball lets it beat Gholdengo and clean up against Psychic and Ghost teams, while Thunderbolt gives it general coverage versus foes like Mantine and Celesteela. Tapu Lele is often not able to beat specially defensive walls such as Alolan Muk and Blissey; hence, it appreciates partnering up with Mega Gallade to eliminate them. Mega Alakazam is a good partner, as it helps in the Electric and Water matchups courtesy of Trace copying Surge Surfer and Swift Swim, respectively, and it appreciates Tapu Lele's Psychic Terrain boosting its Expanding Force. Slowbro is also a good partner, as Tapu Lele is quite frail, and it thus appreciates Slowbro sponging hits from Choice Scarf users such as Terrakion and Galarian Zapdos; and it can also pivot Tapu Lele in with Teleport to wreak havoc. Victini and Armarouge can eliminate Steel-types, especially Aegislash and Gholdengo, easing the burden for Tapu Lele. Jirachi can soften teams if it's offensive or slow teams down with Thunder Wave and pass Wish to Tapu Lele if it's defensive, and it can pivot Tapu Lele into physical walls such as Mandibuzz and Slowbro with U-turn.

Choice Scarf Tapu Lele is one of Psychic teams' greatest revenge killers. Its decent Speed tier and astounding offensive prowess combined with its great typing makes it extremely threatening (why tho? What does it RK that makes Psychic happy?). With access to STAB Moonblast, it is Psychic's best counter to Dark-type threats, letting it easily take care of foes like Moltres-Galar (Galarian Moltres), Roaring Moon and Sableye-Mega Mega Sableye. Tapu Lele's presence also sets up Psychic Terrain, shielding itself and its team from dangeorous priority such as Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Scizor-Mega's Bullet Punch and makes Psychic-type attacks hit even harder. Focus Blast lets it easily take care of the pesky Steel-types that resist its STABs such as Kingambit, Heatran and Iron Treads. Future Sight lets it set up an attack for later and then switch out to a different teammate such as Espathra Victini or Gallade-Mega to help them set up or get a kill. Shadow Ball lets it beat Gholdengo and Aegislash which would wall it otherwise (you dont beat Aegis iirc, and they'll just swap out anyway next turn to the appropriate wall. Cleaning Psychic and Ghost might be mentioned, except you're usually slower than their scarfers), and Thunderbolt gives it general coverage versus foes like Mantine and Celesteela. Tapu Lele is often not able to beat Specially Defensive walls such as Alolan Muk and Blissey if it foregoes Psyshock (cant hit A.Muk with Psyshock ._.), hence it appreciates partnering up with Gallade-Mega to eliminate them. It also appreciates Deoxys-S' Stealth Rocks and Spikes which makes cleaning up for Tapu Lele easier. (not needed in a micro imo) Its Psychic Terrain also boosts up the power of Alakazam-Mega's Expanding Force making it immensely dangerous (and helps against faster paced teams like rain water ground and elec due to its tracing abilities). Slowbro is also a good partner as Tapu Lele is quite frail and it can Teleport it in to wreak havoc. Victini and Armarouge can eliminate Steel-types, especially Aegislash and Gholdengo, easing the burden for Tapu Lele; while Jirachi can soften teams if its offensive or slow teams down with Thunder Wave and Wish-pass to Tapu Lele if its defensive. a little iffy with adding jirachi, just add that it can pivot lele into phys walls like Slowbro/Mandibuzz/M.Sab too, maybe?

(I wouldn’t exactly call it a “counter” to them and the Roaring Moon example is dependent on whether or not Roaring Moon has Choice Scarf itself, think 2 examples are fine here) Tapu Lele's presence also sets up Psychic Terrain, shielding itself and its team from dangeorous dangerous priority such as Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Scizor-Mega's Mega Scizor's Bullet Punch and makes Psychic-type attacks hit even harder. Psychic Terrain also eases the Electric and Grass matchups as it can override their terrains. Mega Alakazam also helps in the Water and Electric matchup thanks to Trace copying Swift Swim and Surge Surfer. (the order of this and the previous sentence is a bit off and I feel that they could be merged as well, I would mention the “helps in the Water and Electric matchup” bit first then the Expanding Force part after) Slowbro is also a good partner as Tapu Lele is quite frail and it can sponge hits from Choice Scarf users such as Terrakion and Galarian Zapdos and Teleport Tapu Lele in to wreak havoc.
