SM OU team incineroar-what to change

Hi, I wanted to ask you for advice regarding my team, what to change what to add. my team has the following pokemon:
incineroar (hp, def leftovers)
conkeldurr (atk / spdef assault vest)
tangrowth (hp / def rocky helmet)
mega areodactyl (atk / speed life orb)
vikavolt (hp.spatk choice specs)
aegislash (atk / 128 def / 128 spdef life orb)
I do not know anything about it and this is my first team.
so again I will ask a question what to do and what to change in this team thanks for your help
