Tours plaza needs to include rulesets properly

Everytime Chimera 1V1 Roomtours occur in Tours Plaza, no rulesets are included and no /om commands are available to figure out how the metagame works. The only way is to ask users, which don't always chime in before the start of the tour.
I am posting about it because this time the moderators chose to simply silence the room in the face of justified criticism, which gives a rather poor image of PS and its staff and may lead to shut down any interest less experienced users may have towards the more peculiar metagames the website has to offer.

Hello!

Thank you for bringing up your concerns. I'm going to divide this in 2 parts:

Everytime Chimera 1V1 Roomtours occur in Tours Plaza, no rulesets are included and no /om commands are available to figure out how the metagame works. The only way is to ask users, which don't always chime in before the start of the tour.
Firstly, it's important to clarify that updating and maintaining resources such as the "/om commands" falls outside the scope of responsibilities for the tournaments room staff. These resources are managed by PS! programmers.

Secondly, not only does Chimera 1v1 have resources available, but there is also a rfaq for the tier our room.

Lastly, we acknowledge that there could be more awareness from our end given the absence of rulesets and "/om commands"; however, it's worth noting that neither have we noticed this issue nor have we received any reports or requests for action related to it in the past. Moving forward, we will put a higher emphasis on both patching these missing holes and making sure our resources are as updated and achievable as possible.

I am posting about it because this time the moderators chose to simply silence the room in the face of justified criticism, which gives a rather poor image of PS and its staff and may lead to shut down any interest less experienced users may have towards the more peculiar metagames the website has to offer.
This is simply not true. The decision to silence the room was not because "moderators chose to simply silence the room in the face of justified criticism", but rather because it's policy for the staff team to leave the room on /modchat + when there are no available staff members present to supervise the room.

For instance:
(note that they are in PS! server's timezone - GMT -4)

I'm currently in GMT +1
We have a channel exclusively to request staff to try to ensure there is someone watching the rooms (or either) at all times. Obviously, this is not possible 24/7 and there are instances where this is impossible given our staff team's availabilities and timezones.

In other words, modchatting the room was not due to malicious intents, but rather because our staff member had to leave (for whatever personal reason) and, as always, left the room on /modchat + as there would be no one moderating it and, otherwise, would be highly prone to toxicity, trolling, spam, among others, which we do not tolerate and want as far from the room as possible.
