Posting the AV analysis separate as requested. Great work by TheMantyke on the Shift Gear version!

[SET]
name: Assault Vest
move 1: Overdrive
move 2: Boomburst
move 3: Nuzzle
move 4: Hex / Snarl / Volt Switch
item: Assault Vest
ability: Punk Rock
nature: Modest
evs: 180 HP / 4 Def / 172 SpA / 4 SpD / 148 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* With an Assault Vest, Toxtricity becomes a specially defensive tank with the ability to beat much of the metagame one-on-one through powerful attacks in combination with paralysis.

* Overdrive and Boomburst are Toxtricity's primary attacking options. With its unique ability in Punk Rock, Toxtricity deals significant sound-based damage to non-resistant targets.

* Boomburst also helps defeat Ground-type Pokemon such as Quagsire and Gastrodon that don't mind switching into Electric coverage and has a higher neutral base damage output than Overdrive.

* Nuzzle paralyzes a variety of foes and provides small chip damage while breaking Focus Sash and Mimikyu's Disguise, all at 100% accuracy. Toxtricity can then use Hex to safely beat all common Mimikyu and Dragapult sets or force them to Dynamax at a potentially unfavorable position.

* Snarl allows Toxtricity to check Weakness Policy Gigantamax Lapras and helps stall out other Dynamaxed special sweepers.

* Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot after crippling foes with paralysis and avoid bad matchups like Tyranitar.

* The given EVs maximize Toxtricity's bulk while ensuring that it can outspeed both standard Dragapult and +1 Speed Togekiss if they are paralyzed, helping it defeat them in a one-on-one scenario.

General Team Options
========
While this brand of Toxtricity does fantastically against much of the metagame, it is prone to being worn down and is safely checked by Excadrill, Tyranitar, Rhyperior, and Snorlax. As a result, checks to these physical attackers are necessary. Offensively, Toxtricity pairs well with physical sweepers that dislike Corviknight and Toxapex, both of which Toxtricity safely removes.

* Ground Coverage Checks: :corviknight::quagsire: :corsola-galar::gastrodon:
* Offensive Sweepers: :mimikyu: :dragapult: :haxorus: :excadrill: :snorlax:

* Toxtricity with an Assault Vest becomes a specially defensive tank, with the ability to 1 vs 1 much of the metagame through powerful attacks in combination with paralysis. With added investment to HP and the Special Defense boost from its item, Toxtricity is able to soundly defeat or cripple Togekiss in its Dynamax forme, its main niche, provided it has not had the chance to accumulate more than one Nasty Plot boost.

This is not a 1 sentence summary. Its Specially Defense (beating Togekiss in particular), status spread, and strong damage should be the key factors mentioned, and rest of the info, if crucial, can be spread out in the remainder of the analysis.

QC 1/2.

I know Nuzzle + Hex is cute but I think Snarl is super relevant on this now as Lapras continues to be a pest. You need to spam Snarl because otherwise it baits you into clicking Overdrive and you suddenly no longer check +2 Gmax Lapras. So can we slash Snarl onto Hex (and possibly make Snarl first slash...?)

I also think Volt Switch is a viable slash with Nuzzle because it’s often way better to just volt out of incoming Ttar / Lax etc than para them. what do we think?

Mostly just want Snarl on AV, with that consider this 2/2

* Toxtricity With an Assault Vest, Toxtricity becomes a specially defensive tank, (RC) with the ability to 1 vs 1 beat much of the metagame one-on-one through powerful attacks in combination with paralysis.

* Overdrive alongside and Boomburst are Toxtricity's primary attacking options. With its unique ability in Punk Rock, Toxtricity deals significant sound-based (AH) damage to non-resistant targets that do not resist it ("it" here does not refer back correctly).

* Boomburst, on the other hand, also helps defeat ground Ground-type Pokemon such as Quagsire and Gastrodon, who that don't mind switching into Electric coverage, (RC) and has a higher neutral base damage output at neutral ("at neutral" talks about stat boosts, equivalent to +0) than Overdrive.

* Nuzzle allows Toxtricity to (less rep; next bullets are of this structure) paralyzes a variety of foes, providing and provides small chip damage while breaking Focus Sash and Mimikyu's Disguise, all at 100% accuracy. In combination with Hex, which doubles its power when an opponent has a major status, (the opening phrase should have referred to Nuzzle not Toxtricity + unnecessary dex) Toxtricity can then use Hex to safely beat all common Mimikyu and Dragapult sets, (RC) or force them to Dynamax at a potentially unfavorable position.

* Snarl allows you Toxtricity to check Weakness Policy Gmax Gigantamax Lapras and helps stall out other special Gmax Gigantamax sweepers.

* Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot after crippling foes ("cripple" is transitive) with paralysis, (RC) and avoid bad matchups like Tyranitar.

* The given EVs maximize Toxtricity's bulk while ensuring that Toxtricity it can outspeed both standard Dragapult and +1 Togekiss at +1 (clarity) if paralyzed, helping it defeat them in a 1 vs 1 one-on-one scenario.

This is now uploaded! I have removed Shift Gear for now, but am leaving this thread here in case anyone else in QC disagrees with this. Last season it had 15% usage which... actually isn't bad, but Toxtricity is a pretty niche mon so I personally don't feel like it needs more than one set, when the AV set is what its using more than half the time. Still, if there's any objections, let me know!
