Hi, the time for voting is up. I'll count the votes and update later.
Checks: Scarf Nihilego (InvisibleWater ) / Mega Charizard-X (Randomnick )
Counters: Mega Swampert (matthewc20090 ) / Tyranitar (The Bill Cipher )
Gastrodon, Mega Swampert and Tyranitar are in a 3 way tie but I chose Swampert and Tyranitar becaue Tyranitar can trap Zapdos.

For now, the new victim for this week is Mega Alakazam.

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power Fire / Calm Mind / Substitute / Taunt

Mega Alakazam is a fantastic special wallbreaker and sweeper, as its great Speed means it is outsped only by some Choice Scarf users. It also possesses the highest Special Attack stat in the tier as well as a useful ability in Trace, which can copy situational abilities, such as Swift Swim, Protean and Soul-Heart. Mega Alakazam also loves having Psychic Terrain up because this makes its Psychic hit very hard while making it harder to revenge kill.

Reserving Chansey.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled

Chansey is a great counter to Mega Alakazam, getting 3HKO'd at worst by Focus Blast and being able to recover 50% of its health with Soft-Boiled, being able to consistently check it and eventually stalling out Focus Blast.

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 208-246 (29.5 - 34.9%) -- 12.8% chance to 3HKO

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 208-246 (29.5 - 34.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock

Muk-Alola @ Assault Vest
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Atk / 120 SpD / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Poison Jab
- Rock Slide

Alolan Muk as a counter. Focus Blast is Zam's best move vs. Alolan Muk, and that doesn't do shit.

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 120 SpD Assault Vest Muk-Alola: 97-115 (23.4 - 27.8%) -- 84.3% chance to 4HKO

Meanwhile:

136+ Atk Muk-Alola Pursuit (40BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Alakazam-Mega: 158-188 (62.9 - 74.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

It OHKOs with Pursuit if Zam switches out, or just cleanly 2HKOs if it stays in. Either way, Zam doesn't leave the encounter alive.

Choice Scarf Gengar as a check
(image won't work)

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
4 hp/252 spatk/252 spe
Timid Nature
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Wave
-Focus Blast
-Icy Wind
Gengar is a great revenge killer with a choice scarf, and it can come in and revenge Mega Zam (it outspeeds with timid and at least 44 evs, these days max speed is good though to outspeed other scarfers like keldeo).
252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Alakazam-Mega: 254-300 (101.1 - 119.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
However, it cannot come in unless on a sack, free switch, or Focus Blast because Mega Zam's a 175 base sp atk mon with a super effective STAB move against a very frail mon. OFC Gengar's not going to stomach it.
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Psychic vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Gengar: 468-552 (178.6 - 210.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Earthquake

Standard scarf set. Nothing of exceptional

252 Atk Landorus-Therian U-turn vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Alakazam-Mega: 234-276 (93.2 - 109.9%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

Even if it doesn't get the kill, it will be switched out, so you will be always safe

Mega Sableye as a counter.

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 116 Def / 144 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Protect

Sableye can switch in, eat hits and 2HKO with Knock Off, while being able to take 2 Shadow Balls with ease, +1 Shadow Ball twice will hurt but you have Recover to keep taking hits.

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 144+ SpD Sableye-Mega: 78-92 (25.7 - 30.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
+1 252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 144+ SpD Sableye-Mega: 117-138 (38.6 - 45.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Celesteela is Life

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Leech Seed
- Flamethrower
- Protect

Specially defensive Celesteela is a Counter to Mega Alakazam, as its typing allows it to resist Mega Alakazam's STAB Psychic, and with its amazing special bulk, can easily tank the rest of Mega Zam's moves, even the super effective HP Fire. Celesteela can then retaliate by using Heavy Slam for an easy 2HKO on Mega Zam, or using Leech Seed to heal itself up and chip away at Zam's HP, allowing it to consistently switch into the mon.

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Psychic vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 66-78 (16.5 - 19.5%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 79-93 (19.8 - 23.3%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 117-138 (29.3 - 34.6%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 118-140 (29.6 - 35.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 118-140 (29.6 - 35.1%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery and Leech Seed recovery
+1 252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 175-206 (43.9 - 51.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Alakazam-Mega: 184-217 (73.3 - 86.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD .
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fleur Cannon
- Flash Cannon
- Aura Sphere
- Volt Switch

AV Magearna as a counter. Mega Alakazam only 4HKOs AV Magearna with Focus Blast/HP Fire and Magearna 2HKOs with Flash Cannon.

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Assault Vest Magearna: 96-114 (26.4 - 31.4%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Assault Vest Magearna: 96-114 (26.4 - 31.4%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Assault Vest Magearna: 98-116 (26.9 - 31.9%) -- 0.8% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

252+ SpA Magearna Flash Cannon vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Alakazam-Mega: 138-163 (54.9 - 64.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Magearna Fleur Cannon vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Alakazam-Mega: 223-264 (88.8 - 105.1%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

Check:

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice]

252+ SpA Alakazam-Mega Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Tangrowth: 148-175 (36.6 - 43.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth RockTangrowth avoids the 2HKO from Mega Alakazam's strongest move and can threaten with a strong Knock Off.

Check: CB Zygarde

Zygarde @ Choice Band
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Extreme Speed
- Outrage
- Toxic

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Psychic vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Zygarde: 193-228 (53.9 - 63.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Zygarde Thousand Arrows vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Alakazam-Mega: 285-336 (113.5 - 133.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Zygarde 50% has the possibility to stomach one hit and spam a CBanded attack (Outrage or the more spammable Thousand Arrows) or two (in the case of Extreme Speed).
Simple, but effective.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 108 SpD / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Foul Play/Knock Off
- Defog
- Roost
- Taunt/ Toxic/ U-turn

Check: Has an immunity to Psychic and snacks on Shadow Ball but the problem is Focus Miss. Can eat a Focus Miss with lefties but with rocks it's a 17% chance to 2HKO from full. Knock Off and Foul Play both 2HKO but Foul Play does about 60-70% while Knock off does like 55-66%. Has to beware of Dazzling Gleam from Zam, lose of lefties/status like burn, etc.

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 108 SpD Mandibuzz: 153-180 (36.1 - 42.5%) -- 94.8% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 108 SpD Mandibuzz: 153-180 (36.1 - 42.5%) -- 17.6% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Sighs, not much submissions.

Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs
- Ice Fang

Sharpedo can Protect in front of Mega Alakazam, nab a Speed boost and vaporize it with Crunch. It only loses if Mega Alakazam carries Substitute and Protects instead of Crunch-ing.

Bisharp @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

Bisharp doesn't care about Psychic and Shadow Ball while it can OHKO Mega Alakazam with Sucker Punch.

Mimikyu as a counter

Mimikyu @ Life Orb
Ability: Disguise
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Play Rough
- Shadow Claw

Mimikyu can enter on Alakazam Mega and kill it with 2 Shadow Sneaks or one Shadow Claw. However, you can't enter directly on Alakazam when rocks are on the field, as Mimikyu has 75% chance of dying to Shadow Ball after rocks damage

252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mimikyu: 177-208 (70.5 - 82.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Alakazam-Mega Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mimikyu: 210-248 (83.6 - 98.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Mimikyu Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Alakazam-Mega: 190-226 (75.6 - 90%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

OK, thanks for the votes. These are the results for the week.
Checks: Mimikyu (The Bill Cipher ) / Assault Vest Tangrowth (ayman x )
Counters: Specially Defensive Celesteela (Cheryl. ) / Chansey (écarlate )
Meanwhile, the victim for this week is Dragon Dance Mega Tyranitar.

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge
- Ice Punch
- Fire Punch / Earthquake

Mega Tyranitar is an underrated sweeper in OU thanks to its access to Dragon Dance and amazing bulk for a sweeper. Stone Edge is a powerful STAB move that hits almost the entire OU at least neutrally. Besides this, Tyranitar also boasts Ice Punch, Fire Punch and Earthquake; all of which allows it to beat common Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Ferrothorn and Magearna. Earthquake also allows Tyranitar to hit Keldeo neutrally and 2HKO Toxapex without a Dragon Dance boost.
