Stunfisk the broken mon of the meta(as per me only, so just ignore this statement. I also count roselia as broken XD) is an excellent wall in general, but an outstanding COUNTER to boltund as well not just by stats but also by typing! Also, calcs for this one are so good, u can play it in any way want so an explanation of the working here is unnecessary imo.

I nominate Bulky Marowak as a counter to offensive all-out attack Boltund as this Marowak set can switch in and always take at least two hits 100% of the time thanks to battle armor and will always one shot Boltund with Earthquake. This set is running Adamant so it can one shot Boltund even without Thick Club. This set is also running Knock Off for item removal and Rest for more longevity but you could easily change around the set for whatever the team needs with Stealth Rocks and Toxic being good examples or just different coverage like Stone Edge or Fire Punch.

New drops, new toys to play around. Since Boltund does have quite a good amount of counters, I wanted to submit a fun offensive check that I want to try out in this new meta. Scarf Pinsir always OHKO's with Earthquake, or you can force Boltund to take Life Orb damage until it's in range of X-Scissors, then, thanks to Moxie, you have a chance at snowballing and sweeping the opposing team if Pinsir's counters are already out of the game.
I went with Adamant because it's still faster than Scarf Stonjourner (is that even a set nowadays?) and going Jolly doesn't let you outspeed common fast mons like Scarf Manectric, +1 Spe Lilligant, Rain sweepers anyway. The only two relevant mons that you don't outspeed with Adamant are Jolly Scarf Krokorok (again, is that even a set? altho probably fun to try) and Jolly No Retreat Falinks, but this shouldn't be your Falinks check. I might have missed something so if you want to change the nature to Jolly that's up to you. It does its job at checking Boltund very well in both cases
