Is my party allowed in VGC14, I tried it on Showdown and it told me I cant because Tangrowth, Volcarona, and porygon-z arent in the X and Y pokedex would they be allowed if they have the pentagon and were breed in X and Y?

IF i recall correctly, they must be in the Kalos Dex and all of those are in the national dex.
Edit* If you breed children from them then you can use them, all poketransfered pokemon are banned.

While it is fast, it's like the BW2 analysis says--Starmie forces switches, giving it the Analytic boost pretty often. I preferred Natural Cure, but after trying out Analytic, the extra power is pretty nice.
