The running pokemon don't affect it. You got really close. If you hit your seed again and add two chatters, you should get it. Keep me updated. :)

OK, and I see you're using an everstone so make sure and put that in the main window as well. You'll want to have two chatots with a custom chatter recorded, a poke w/ the flame bdy ability, and at least one empty slot in your party. When the daycare man calls you over, save in front of him without talking to him and turn off your game. Change your time and date according to the seed and start your game 1 second before the time your seed tells you, holding any keypresses it may ask for until the star appears that shoots across the screen. Make sure your C-gear does NOT turn on and spam X when the season appears until you get your menu open. Once there, view 5 chatot summaries. (You can view one and then just hit down to go to the other, back up, down, etc) back out and spam A to talk with the man as fast as possible. Hatch it and let me know what you get. Good luck!

Derp. Yes. I told you wrong anyway. For breeding it should be Breeding BW, International is right in your case. I'll edit this once I've had a look at your seed.

Okay. That pic was VERY helpful. You have just one thing wrong. Go back to your shiny egg finder and change min frame to about 45 and max to 150-200 (just depends how much you're willing to chatter. The min/max of 8 is only for breeding with the capture tab. The shiny egg finder does that part automatically and the min/max frame it is talking about is for your PID not your IV. It's very confusing since the programmers chose to use the same terminology. :/ Anyway, you'll find a seed MUCH faster now. When you do, plug it into the main window, calculate your intial frame, and generate. When you're that far, tell me your seed and target frame# and I'll help you through the rest.

Copy and paste that seed into the seed field in the main window of RNG Reporter. Make sure you have it set to Method 5 PIDRNG in the Method Box first. Are you using a Ditto and have you released the roamer but not caught it yet? If either answer is yes, there are boxes that you should check for each one. Change the encounter type to Gift Pokemon and click generate. VM me when you've gotten this far or need clarification. :)

If the NPC moves on route 3, you're probably 2 frames too high. Want you want to do next, is Chatter to 2 frames Before your Shiny PID frame, then exit the menu, wait like 1 second and then talk to the Day Care Man. Just wait until those 2 Pokémon outside of the Day Care have walked half a lap. :)
