Really don't want Encore. It's just bad for a Pokemon with this Speed and general bulk. Transform isn't really a good move for a countering Pokemon, and can be used to turn Krilowatt into an offensive menace given the proper transformation. Furthermore, Transform is in general used as a "team counter" on Mew where you scout their team and try to Transform into whatever on their team the team is weak to at large. Krilowatt is a utility counter, not a team counter, so I say no to Transform. Metal Sound is a silly and cheesy way for Krilowatt to attempt to break through walls like Blissey and Snorlax and other things and, in general, serves too widespread a purpose in wallbreaking than Krilowatt should be able to run. I say no to that as well.
