I'm a little weary of giving something with great defensive stats a prevo, not to mention the fact that it has a prankster. I feel like if we give it a prevo, everyone will use the prevo one with an evo stone, kind of like how Murkrow is better than Honchkrow. If we give it a prevo, then we need to seriously limit its movepool, which no one wants, give it crappy stats, and generally just make it suck.
Also, no one can make anything cuter.
