Technician Abomasnow is defiantly the most versatile to me. Technition means it's speed is a little less of a problem thanks to the boosted ice shard, while it's 132 I think mixed attacking stats and move pool let's it's really pose a threat. With moves like bullet seed, ice shard, frost breath, and any hidden power, makes this thing really good at mixed attacking, it's speed and typing do let it down a bit, but run it in a TR team or some support, and this thing can run through teams.

But you see, that's also kinda the bad thing about Mega Snow. Technician boosts one important thing, and that's ice shard. It's too slow to use anything else before it gets KOed with a plethora of weaknesses. You can run trick room, but TR is a very restrictive playstyle, and is very matchup dependant.

When you wanted a physical wall, they gave you Ice/Steel Avalugg, but he simply melted under the pressure of special attacks, making him dead weight for most trainers. Some wanted to trap annoying stall pokemon with Duskinoir, but is his middling stats and so-so movepool really bring him down, despite his fantastic ability. And poor Abomasnow. Decked out with a mega evolution, he's simply too slow to do anything else but throw Technician Ice Shards expertly, else die because of faulty typing, limiting from his ful potential. Do you want to have their problems your problems? Then vote for Steel/Fairy Jirachi. It can go offensive, defensive, wish passer, calm minfd sweeper, you name it. And the best part is, it can fit in any play style, and will never be deadweight in a battle.

Well you see that's the point-jirachi was good earlier and got better now, while others were kind of unviable in OU, so these buffs help them to become viable, but not broken. That's the purpose of this thread.

Trick Room is sorta the only play style that Abomasnow works well in, the weather it brings doesn't help most of its teammates so its not a big loss, while it has no niche in OU really outside of trick room because of its speed is shit, and its typing doesn't allow it to tank hits, TR eliminates its horrible speed, while ill admit trick room is a gimmicky strategy, its still thriving and a usable play style.

Hey y'all,

I've got a quick side note that will eventually be added to the OP. When you PM one of the council members with a suggestion, please include a short description of what the addition does. Don't just send a message with "Pokemon+whatever addition".

Thanks!

;lmlm

P.S. Loving the participation, please keep it up!

Alongside this, be sure it's not some stupid buff like boomburst sylveon, and make sure it gives a boost in viability, and to an extent, something that affects the meta game.

Bullet Seed, Rock Tomb, Frost Breath, Hidden Power, Water Pulse, Bulldoze...
Highlighting each move...

Bullet Seed is nearly as powerful at 3 hits as Wood Hammer, and it doesn't have recoil.

Rock Tomb is almost a Stone Edge with perfect accuracy and a speed reducing effect.

Frost Breath is simply a nuke (hits harder than Blizzard).

Hidden Power is a 90 BP coverage move of your choice.

Water Pulse is a Surf with a confusion chance.

Bulldoze is almost an Earthquake but it reduces speed.

I'd say Technician adds A LOT.
